I've got the same issue. I have 9 infernal iron and 5 enriched infernal iron. Most of which I looted from steel watchers. I was so stoked when I saw the option to give him metal for items. Because I ddin't get everything in act 2. But even though he said, "Here you go," I didn't receive anything. And the option to give him metal is gone So now i'm stuck and can't give Dammon the infernal iron, even though we have the quest to give it to him activated, he told us to look for the iron, and Karlach even told us she needed help with her heart.
