In the most recent Patreon news update, it details "graphic packs", their solution to finally being able to adjust things like internal resolution. The issues with trying to implement a global solution to resolution is detailed here. It's internal resolution, it's not dependent on what your screen resolution is. Basically it upscales the original image within Cemu to whatever resolution graphic pack you use which will of course make it look "prettier". The resolution that is output by Cemu to windows doesn't change.
