They say you can select a call back but every time you try to select one they say it is not available. If there is an outage they should tell you that. Uverse Internet became ATT INTERNET. UVERSE GIGAPOWER (fiber service) became ATT FIBER. Uverse Voip became ATT PHONE. Only Uverse IPTV was not renamed to distinguish between it and the DirecTv lines.
