Subaru forester window reset

I have a 2018 Subaru Forester and just hit 30,000 miles . I am having issues with the drivers window. Sometimes it won't go all the way up. Yes I do know how to reset the window!!!! But it is getting worse. NOW sometimes the window will not even come up out of the door and I have to screw around with it a half hour to get it to come up .

When I try to close the passenger side window by lifting the power switch, it goes all the way up then bounces back to halfway shut (or open - take your pick).
