Why isn't ranni in her tower
Stuck at Ranni Rise. So, I just started ranni’s quest, but Blaidd’s ghost isn’t in the tower and the game won’t let me leave the area till I talk to him…. It skips ahead the first part of Ranni's questline in which Blaidd held a larger role (from our character's perspective at least). His absence from Ranni's Rise at this point is normal. He's busy doing things. I would look up the guide for rannis questline and also blaidds.
